Since 1992, J. Stevens Construction has renovated 200+ homes, using the best tradesmen in their field. We are proud to continue a AAA+ reputation in terms of quality and craftsmanship in the local housing market.
We specialize in in-house kitchen and bath design, which guarantees an excellent fit for each property. Finishes are hand-picked for our homes which gives each one a unique character.
One thing you can count on is the entryway. We use our signature red paint blend on each one of our front doors. We kind of like the color and so do our buyers.
We can always make small changes to a renovation if a buyer has a request. Most others will not do this. What sets us apart is the small details; Each wall and ceiling is re- screwed and resurfaced in each of our properties. This gives a smooth surface and no nails popping through drywall. If you find one let us know! We do not like them.
